Before settling down as a cinematographer in Los Angeles, Trigg worked as a lumberjack in the Appalachian mountains, a Peace Corps volunteer in rural China, an English teacher in France, and even spent Summers touring Central America and Europe as part of a men's choir.
He has an MFA in Cinematography from Florida State University and degrees in Philosophy and French from The University of Notre Dame. From 2015-2017, he completed the Two-Year training program at Panavision Hollywood, where he learned about cameras and lenses from the world's best.
Ultimately, Trigg hopes to combine his love of traveling with his love of filmmaking. He is particularly keen about using his Mandarin language skills and experience with Chinese culture to work on Chinese-American co-productions.
